Qualifications

• Reads blueprints and diagrams to plan work and estimate materials.
• Can repeatedly lift 50 pounds and perform strenuous labor.
• Maintains safe work practices and uses hand tools properly.

Responsibilities

• Updates work statuses and documents tasks in CMMS.
• Reads blueprints, estimates materials, and requests supplies.
• Constructs, installs, and repairs electrical systems and related facilities.
• Troubleshoots electrical systems and locates high/low voltage cables.
• Responds to emergencies and performs preventive maintenance.
• Maintains logs and performs rounds and inspections.
