Job summary

TSMC in Phoenix, AZ seeks an experienced Facilities Electrical Engineer to own electrical power systems for the Fab21 semiconductor facility. You will lead safety, reliability, documentation, and troubleshooting across 50 V to 230 kV systems, UPS and generators, while coordinating with electricians and service providers.

You may design support for new construction and develop PM plans, operating procedures, and training programs to ensure safe, compliant operation and efficient project

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
1–5 years post-education experience in electrical engineering.
Experience with electrical power systems and industrial facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe workplace.
Develops system documentation including PM plans and operating instructions.
Ensures maintenance meets OEM requirements and AHJ/Code.
Leads root cause analysis on equipment failures impacting production.
Manages Electrical Load Database and coordinates with utility providers.
Provides training and troubleshooting to electricians for safe switching.
