Job summary

TSMC Arizona invites applications for the Facility Electrical System Design Engineer (Power Systems). You will lead design and implementation of critical electrical power systems for state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing facilities in Phoenix, ensuring compliance with local codes and standards.

Candidates should hold an Electrical Engineering degree with relevant HV/LV/UPS/FMCS experience and be prepared for on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (HV/LV/UPS/FMCS).
• Electrical PE qualification preferred.
• Experience with electrical systems for semiconductor manufacturing or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design of new fab Electrical systems, including HV, LV, UPS, and FMCS.
• Demonstrate cross-department communication, coordination, and problem-solving to ensure integrated designs.
• Evaluate and implement innovative technologies to enhance facility efficiency and reliability.
• Overcome challenges presented by new manufacturing processes and promote sustainable design.
• Design new Fabs in full compliance with local codes and regulations.
