Job summary

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited seeks an experienced Facilities Electrical Engineer to own electrical power systems for the Phoenix Fab21 facility. You will develop PM plans, operating procedures, and training while coordinating with electricians and service providers to keep power systems safe and maintained.

The role requires troubleshooting, documentation, and project support up to new construction, with collaboration across engineers, technicians, and managers to meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 1–5 years of post-education experience as an electrical engineer delivering design deliverables for capital projects.
• Engineer license is a plus.
• Experience with industrial or commercial processing equipment, semiconductor or Electric Utility settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean, safe workplace.
• Develops system documentation including PM plans, operating instructions, and training.
• Ensures maintenance meets OEM requirements and AHJ/Code.
• Leads root cause analysis for equipment failures affecting production.
• Manages electrical load databases to ensure redundancy and capacity for future expansion.
• Plans future-ready techniques and design requirements for safety and functionality.
