Job summary
TSMC Arizona is seeking an Electrical Construction Section Manager to lead electrical construction activities for our new fab in Phoenix. The role oversees scheduling, risk management, and documentation, working with cross-functional teams to deliver on-site milestones.
The successful candidate will have an MS in Electrical Power Systems, 5+ years in electrical construction for semiconductor or large-scale projects, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Navisworks, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and
Qualifications
- MS degree in Electrical Power System specialization is required.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical construction for the semiconductor industry or large-scale industrial construction.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Navisworks, MS Project and data analysis with Excel.
- Strong analytical, reporting and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Arizona construction knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of electrical construction activities for the project.
- Create and manage comprehensive project schedules and milestones across phases.
- Monitor progress, address deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Identify and mitigate scheduling risks and conflicts.
- Track KPIs, logs, and subcontractor progress; report to management.
