Job summary

TSMC is seeking an experienced Facilities Electrical Engineer to own and optimize electrical power systems for the Fab21 facility. You will develop documentation, ensure compliance with OEM and AHJ standards, and collaborate with electricians and service providers to keep systems safe and reliable.

You will lead root-cause analyses, support project design, and coordinate with multiple disciplines to plan future capacity and redundancy while maintaining safety and environmental requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 1 to 5 years of post-education experience as an electrical engineer.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Engineer license is a Plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe workplace.
• Develops System Documentation including PM Plans and Operating Instructions.
• Ensures maintenance meets OEM requirements and AHJ/Code.
• Leads Root Cause Analysis on equipment failures impacting production.
• Plans and updates electrical infrastructure layout plans requiring coordination.
• Provides training to electricians for safe switching and operation.
