Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sweep and clean office and program areas.
• Repair and maintain the physical plant and perform minor repairs.
• Assist in unloading and storage of deliveries.
• Remove garbage from program and office areas.
• Clean and mop floors; prepare floors for stripping and waxing.
• Move furniture as needed.
• Clear sidewalks and entrances of snow.
• Prepare and apply finishes to surfaces when required.
• Report safety and facility observations to supervisors.
• May serve on-call for one week each quarter.
