Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of full-time custodial/maintenance experience.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic software tools.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and clean office and property delivery areas.
• Repair and maintain property and perform minor repairs.
• Assist in unloading and storage of deliveries.
• Remove garbage from property and office areas.
• Prepare floors for stripping and waxing as required areas.
• Assist maintenance staff in moving furniture in offices and residential areas.
• Clear sidewalks and entrances of snow; apply salt and keep areas dry.
• Prepare units for occupancy.
• Clean, repair and store paints and equipment; apply paint as needed.
• Report safety observations to supervisory staff.
• Overtime is a requirement; participate in on-call rotations.
• Facilitate effective communication with other staff.
