We are seeking a Facilities District Manager to oversee integrated facilities operations for multiple campus accounts across Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Mississippi. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, deep knowledge of facility operations, and executive-level communication skills to build and maintain high-level client relationships. This role requires leadership experience in complex FM environments, including contract management, skilled trades, and building systems. Candidates must have experience negotiating and managing multimillion-dollar facility service agreements and should be comfortable interfacing with C-suite executives.

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience as a District Manager in Facilities Management
• Expertise in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), including mechanical systems, skilled trades, building operations, and asset management
• Proven experience with contract interpretation, amendments, and financial oversight
• Ability to influence and negotiate with executive clients and manage large-scale operations
• Strong sales, client engagement, and strategic planning mindset
• Experience working with campus environments or higher education accounts preferred
