Role Overview:
Facilities District Manager 2 for Campus accounts, managing Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Mississippi. The successful candidate will reside in the region, excel at Financial Acumen, Integrated Facilities Operations, and be sales and negotiations minded, with a high-profile executive presence to influence C-Suite clients. Higher Education experience is preferred. The leader will have experience with contract amendments, managing high-profile finances, developing client-partner relationships, understanding daily FM operations, and solving real IFM problems. Extensive Mechanical, Asset, Skilled Trades, and Building Operations experience, along with 7 years as a District Manager in Facilities Management, are required. Relocation assistance is available.
