Facilities District Manager 2 - Campus
Houston, TX (travel is required-regional, multi-campus oversight)
Permanent Position

Overview of the Role:
Lead transformational facilities management across multiple prestigious campus accounts spanning Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Mississippi. This high-impact leadership role combines strategic financial oversight, operational excellence, and executive-level client relationship management to drive innovative facilities solutions in the higher education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multi-million dollar facilities management contracts across a four-state region
  • Develop and negotiate contract amendments and service agreements with C-suite executives
  • Oversee integrated facilities operations including mechanical systems, asset management, and skilled trades
  • Lead financial performance analysis and budget development for assigned accounts
  • Build and maintain strategic client-partner relationships with higher education institutions
  • Coordinate and direct activities through subordinate managers and supervisors
  • Solve complex facilities management problems with innovative solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of District Manager experience in Facilities Management
  • Extensive background in mechanical systems, asset management, and building operations
  • Director-level management experience (7+ years minimum)
  • Proven track record in contract negotiations and amendments
  • Higher education facilities management experience preferred
  • Executive presence with C-suite level clients
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
