We’re seeking a seasoned Facilities District Manager to lead integrated facilities operations across a regional portfolio of campus accounts. This high-profile leadership role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, managing complex facilities agreements, and serving as a trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders across multiple institutions.

What You Will Do

• Oversee daily operations of campus-based facilities management across a multi-state region

• Influence and manage client-partner relationships, contract compliance, and performance benchmarks

• Lead contract negotiations and amendment drafting to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes

• Provide strategic direction and technical expertise in mechanical, asset, and skilled trade operations

• Ensure financial accountability, forecasting accuracy, and operational excellence

• Foster a safety-driven and team-focused work culture across all managed sites

What You Bring

• A proven track record of 7+ years as a District Manager in Facilities Management

• Strong experience with contract writing, client negotiations, and financial management

• Executive presence with the ability to advise and influence C-suite stakeholders

• Deep understanding of mechanical systems, asset lifecycle management, and building operations

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse campus cultures

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Facilities, Engineering, Business, or a related field

but Not Required

• Higher Education / Campus Facilities experience

• Experience leading integrated facilities management teams across multiple states

• Working knowledge of change management in complex stakeholder environments
