We’re seeking a seasoned Facilities District Manager to lead integrated facilities operations across a regional portfolio of campus accounts. This high-profile leadership role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, managing complex facilities agreements, and serving as a trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders across multiple institutions.
What You Will Do
Oversee daily operations of campus-based facilities management across a multi-state region
Influence and manage client-partner relationships, contract compliance, and performance benchmarks
Lead contract negotiations and amendment drafting to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
Provide strategic direction and technical expertise in mechanical, asset, and skilled trade operations
Ensure financial accountability, forecasting accuracy, and operational excellence
Foster a safety-driven and team-focused work culture across all managed sites
What You Bring
A proven track record of 7+ years as a District Manager in Facilities Management
Strong experience with contract writing, client negotiations, and financial management
Executive presence with the ability to advise and influence C-suite stakeholders
Deep understanding of mechanical systems, asset lifecycle management, and building operations
Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse campus cultures
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Facilities, Engineering, Business, or a related field

Higher Education / Campus Facilities experience
Experience leading integrated facilities management teams across multiple states
Working knowledge of change management in complex stakeholder environments
