Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement background preferred.
• Strong decision-making and incident response abilities.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor cameras, access control systems, and alarm panels to identify and respond to potential security threats.
• Coordinate and direct security officers to respond to incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance.
• Maintain continuous coordination with the Global Security Operations Center.
• Operate communication equipment to relay critical information between security teams, management, and other departments.
• Maintain logs of communication, incidents, emergencies, and security activities in real-time.
