Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• Typing speed of 41+ WPM is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is expected.
• Ability to handle urgent, emergency calls with data integrity and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary facilities operations contact for routine and emergency requests.
• Provide CMMS and technical support to frontline facilities staff for data entry and work requests.
• Maintain CMMS data integrity to enable accurate time charges and asset downtime tracking.
