Evaluate facility leases, maintenance agreements, equipment warranties, construction projects, and renovation proposals.

Monitor expenses related to maintenance, equipment, small projects, and fleet operations.

Use financial analysis and data to support sound purchasing decisions and effective resource allocation.

Partner with leaders across the organization to develop scalable solutions and support business objectives.

Contribute to strategic initiatives, organizational change, and post‑acquisition integration efforts as needed.

Support projects that improve operational efficiency, control costs, and advance organizational growth.

Assist senior leadership with additional projects and initiatives as directed.
