Summit Healthcare Mgmt seeks a Director of Facilities Support to provide enterprise leadership across behavioral healthcare facilities. You will oversee compliance, life safety, emergency management, and ongoing readiness while coordinating capital projects and vendor governance.

The role requires collaboration with facility leaders and corporate stakeholders to ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory alignment across a geographically dispersed portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare facilities management.
• Leadership experience across multiple facilities or regions preferred.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and Environment of Care.
• Knowledge of life safety, emergency management, and capital projects.

Responsabilités

• Provide enterprise leadership for regulatory compliance, life safety and survey readiness across facilities.
• Oversee facilities management systems, preventative maintenance, and performance reporting.
• Lead capital projects, construction, and vendor governance to meet organizational priorities.
• Partner with facility leadership to align priorities with patient safety and regulatory requirements.
