Bridgeview Eye Partners seeks a Facilities Director to lead the management, maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement of the organization’s facilities, equipment, and vehicle fleet across locations. You will work with internal teams, leadership, and vendors to ensure safe, efficient operations and optimal resource use.

This role combines strategic planning, team leadership, financial management, and hands-on problem-solving within a healthcare setting focused on patient care.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and team development abilities.
• Experience planning and managing facility budgets and capital projects.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and PM skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with vendors and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities operations and asset management across locations.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and manage facility budgets and capital plans.
• Lead and develop facilities staff and coordinate with vendors.
• Manage company vehicle fleet and fleet-related costs.
• Partner with departments to align facility projects with business needs.
• Track metrics and drive cost-saving improvements.
