Job summary

LCB Senior Living is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance, housekeeping and laundry teams on site in New Jersey. You will manage preventive maintenance, safety programs, and coordinate with external vendors to keep the residence safe and well maintained.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, and staffing, ensuring adherence to policies while providing high-quality service to residents and staff. A valid driver’s license and HVAC knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of maintenance functions and related safety standards.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience in supervising maintenance and housekeeping staff.
• HVAC certificate preferred and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry operations.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs and safety plans.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and improvements.
• Monitor budgets, inventory, and external bids for maintenance contracts.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations; conduct training and drills.
