Job summary

Premier Housing Management is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee and coordinate maintenance and projects across multiple properties. You will lead facilities personnel, supervise major projects, and provide training to ensure high standards of upkeep.

The role requires a minimum five years in residential maintenance or construction, strong vendor management, and ability to travel as needed to support site teams in MN and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified residential maintenance technician or related coursework.
• Minimum five years of residential maintenance/construction/contractor experience.
• Basic computer skills using Microsoft Word/Excel for Windows.

Responsibilities

• Oversees facilities project management and provides training to personnel.
• Interviews facilities candidates and trains staff as needed.
• Ensures major projects meet budget and time constraints.
• Develops and monitors preventative facilities programs.
