Job summary

Premier Housing Management is seeking a Roving Maintenance Technician to perform building, unit, and grounds maintenance across properties in the Twin Cities and nearby states. The role requires travel to multiple locations with frequent on-site work and no on-call weekends.

Ideal candidates have at least four years in residential maintenance, a high school diploma, and basic electrical/plumbing/heating knowledge.

Qualifications

• Requires four years of residential maintenance experience or equivalent certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further electrical/plumbing/heating coursework preferred.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations as needed with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and preventive maintenance across properties.
• Address resident maintenance requests promptly and repair as needed.
• Inspect buildings, grounds and vacant units; complete repairs before occupancy.
• Operate and service mechanical equipment and tools; assist with preventive maintenance.
• Maintain and update maintenance logs; keep shop clean and organized.
• Perform seasonal grounds maintenance: snow/ice removal; property upkeep.
