Premier Housing Management in Saint Paul, MN seeks a Director of Facilities to oversee maintenance and project activities across our affordable housing portfolio. You will guide facility staff, coordinate major projects, and ensure compliance with safety and budget goals.

This senior role requires strong leadership, cost containment know-how, and the ability to travel to multiple properties. A background in residential maintenance and proficiency with basic MS Word/Excel are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified residential maintenance technician or related coursework.
• Minimum five years residential maintenance/construction experience.
• Basic computer skills (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee project maintenance/management operations and train facilities personnel.
• Coordinate major facilities projects and select vendors/contractors.
• Ensure projects stay within budget and schedule.
• Develop and monitor preventative facilities programs.
• Prepare specs and scope for projects exceeding $2,000.
• Oversee Yardi Facilities Program and monthly reporting to leadership.
• Research and recommend contractors and vendors for Twin Cities area.
