Job summary

Premier Housing Management is seeking a Director of Facilities for its portfolio of affordable housing. The role manages maintenance operations, leads facility projects, and trains site staff across MN, IA & ND with occasional travel.

The position requires 5+ years in residential maintenance, strong cost-control skills, and proficiency in Yardi. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered; travel to multiple sites will be necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified residential maintenance technician or related coursework.
• Minimum five years in residential maintenance/construction.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities and maintenance operations.
• Train property facilities personnel.
• Oversee major facilities projects within budget/time.
• Prepare specs for projects exceeding $2,000.
• Implement and monitor preventative maintenance programs.
• Prepare monthly reports using the Yardi Facilities program.
