Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or comparable work experience.
• 5-7+ years of Facility Management experience.
• OSHA Outreach Training Completion.
• Expertise in construction project management and vendor negotiations.
• Experience with maintenance contracts and service level agreements.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to plan space and manage renovations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations to keep offices clean, safe, and functional.
• Conduct and document safety inspections and emergency procedures.
• Manage the Facilities ticketing system and assign tasks.
• Direct repair services, installations, and vendor management.
• Lead space planning, renovations, and moves across locations.
• Oversee energy usage and sustainability programs.
• Coordinate events and office services (F&B, vending, etc.).
• Liaise with landlords and building management for maintenance.
