Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a related field preferred.
• More than 5 years of facilities management or related experience.
• IFMA CFМ or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facilities operations for the Boston office.
• Coordinate with landlord, property management and vendors.
• Manage facilities services, space planning, and budgets.
• Monitor safety, sustainability data, and service levels.
• Collaborate with EHS, IT, HR and security for emergencies.
