Job summary

PUMA Group in Somerville, MA seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee daily building operations, safety, vendor management, and space planning across multiple locations. You will ensure inspections, maintain security and health guidelines, and lead renovations and F&B facility services while partnering with HR and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily building operations to ensure spaces are clean, safe, functional, and able to support business needs.
  • Conduct and document safety, security, and emergency preparedness inspections.
  • Oversee Facilities ticketing system and assign daily tickets to staff.
  • Manage repair services, installations and delivery of facilities services.
  • Maintain Security Standards and Health and Safety Guidelines with building management/security teams.
  • Keep Senior Director of HR updated on worker safety regulations and compliance.
  • Manage facilities vendors and contractors, scheduling, performance, and compliance.
  • Supervise cleaning contracts and recommend improvements.
  • Act as primary contact with Landlords for maintenance and upgrades.
  • Lead space planning, renovations, installations, redesigns and moves with senior leaders.
  • Oversee construction/renovation projects to improve efficiency and meet goals.
  • Supervise daily operations of all employee and guest F&B options and monitor cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate company events and on-site functions (Town Halls, regional meetings, etc.).
  • Oversee invoicing and financial resources for facility management.
  • Monitor energy usage and sustainability programs to reduce environmental impact and costs.

YOUR MISSION:
  • Oversee daily building operations to ensure all office spaces are clean, safe, fully functional, and able to support business needs for employees and visitors
  • Ensure daily facilities inspections are conducted and documented, confirming all safety, security, and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly.
  • Oversee the Facilities ticketing system and execute and/or assign daily tickets to staff as needed
  • Oversee repair services, equipment installation and delivery of facilities services
  • In partnership with building management/security teams, maintain Security Standards and Health and Safety Guidelines for your assigned locations
  • Actively update the Senior Director of Human Resources on compliance related issues for all worker safety regulations including OSHA, and other relevant laws and regulations
  • Manage facilities-related vendors and contractors, including scheduling work, overseeing performance, and verifying that completed services meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Supervise and evaluate cleaning contract services and ensure daily cleaning needs are being met, while making necessary recommendations for improvements
  • Main contact with Landlord on all building needs, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Act as primary contact for landlords across assigned office locations for maintenance, health & safety, security, events, etc.
  • Provide consultation and solutions on space planning with department and senior leaders; lead and project manage office renovations, installations, redesigns and moves
  • Oversee construction and renovation projects, including space planning and allocation, to improve efficiency and meet organizational goals.
  • Oversee daily operations of all employee and guest F&B options (vending, coffee service, fresh-fruit program, and Fitting Studio refreshments), continuously assessing usage, quality, and cost-effectiveness to ensure the approach remains aligned with organizational expectations.
  • Set up all company events and functions including quarterly Town Halls, customer on-site events, regional sales meetings, corporate holiday functions, and any other on-site events.
  • Supervises the financial and physical resources of the facility management including processing all facilities related invoices
  • Monitor energy usage and manage/implement sustainability programs (e.g., recycling, water conservation) to reduce environmental impact and costs.
  • Oversee daily responsibilities of facilities staff
YOUR TALENT:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or comparable work experience
  • 5-7+ years of Facility Management experience
  • OSHA Outreach Training Completion

The hiring range base pay for this position is $99,200-$134,675 + Bonus + Benefits

(Benefit Summary Corporate).
