Job summary

Mentor Technical Group seeks a dedicated Facilities Manager to oversee office equipment, space, and telecommunications for designated buildings in the greater Boston area. You will coordinate with suppliers, schedule preventive maintenance, and assist with Security and space planning.

You will also support CAPA, EHS initiatives, and training on SOPs, while auditing facilities for compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required; Associate degree or equivalent from a 2-year college/technical school preferred.
• Or degree with 6+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience providing the requisite knowledge and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office equipment, space and telecommunications systems for designated buildings.
• Test building security systems as requested and plan future space needs.
• Communicate with suppliers and update executives regularly.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and respond to urgent maintenance calls.
• Support CAPA, EHS plans and related investigations; perform Root Cause Analysis.
• Develop, revise and train staff on SOPs (Quality, EHS and Facilities Maintenance).
• Audit facilities areas for compliance with Maintenance, Quality & EHS standards.
