SSC Services for Education is seeking a Facilities Director to oversee all service lines at the Texas A&M RELLIS-Bryan facility. You will lead the POM, Environmental Services, and Grounds Maintenance departments, shaping policy and directing operations with a strong emphasis on safety and client satisfaction.

You will partner with the facility client and SSC leadership to achieve strategic objectives, manage budgets, and maintain capital assets in first-class condition.

Qualifications

• Minimum four year college degree required.
• Experience with central plant operations preferred.
• Experience with large annual budgets and cost control.
• Proven ability to manage a large workforce.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
• Exceptional customer service and quality attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet goals.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage department budgets and ensure operations stay within budget.
• Coordinate POM activities with other departments.
• Communicate growth plans and permit needs with admin and city.
• Plan, organize, direct, and supervise department functions.
• Establish policies and procedures for operations.
• Mentor staff and foster innovation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across facilities.
• Lead and measure performance against plans.
• Oversee staff training and development.
• Inspect facilities to ensure quality control.
