Job summary

SSC Services for Education is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a campus-wide program at Texas A&M RELLIS in College Station, TX. You will ensure reliability, safety, and longevity of university facilities, coordinating maintenance across academic, residential, and auxiliary buildings.

You will supervise staff, manage preventive maintenance, and drive continuous improvement while complying with OSHA and environmental regulations. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3–5 years facilities maintenance experience
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
• Experience managing preventive maintenance programs
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems

Responsibilities

• Lead a campus-wide maintenance program for all facility assets
• Maintain asset inventories and schedules for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety
• Plan and schedule work to align with academic calendars and campus events
• Coordinate staffing and resources for on-time work orders
• Balance preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
• Oversee CMMS AiM for work orders and performance reporting
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure quality, productivity, and compliance
• Conduct field audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure OSHA, life safety and environmental compliance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to minimize disruption
