Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Facilities Director to lead the facility management teams and apply technical expertise to enhance operations across sites in the United States. You will drive adherence to program standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements while evaluating performance and implementing improvements for a safe, efficient environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing maintenance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Facility Maintenance.
• Knowledgeable of regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• P&L budgeting experience.
• Experience with building systems maintenance (HVAC/R, boilers, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong analytical and time-management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, administer and direct all facility maintenance and engineering activities in line with ARAMARK Healthcare and client standards.
• Delivers strong operational performance by executing against standards and programs, monitoring operations and taking action to ensure a safe, proactive facility.
• Ensures compliance with safety, Joint Commission and regulatory standards by local agencies.
• Oversees site utility systems: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, energy management, fire and life safety, grounds.
• Vendor management.
• Interact with Client Management and maintain client relations; identify service expansion opportunities.
• Directs Facility and Maintenance Supervisors and front-line staff; focus on development and engagement.
• Develops operational forecasts and explains variances.
• Responsible for component accounting and capital budget program.
• Ensures use of ISIS Pro modules to manage operation.
• Ensures compliance with contract obligations.
