Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Facilities Director to lead all facility operations, maintenance, and infrastructure services in a manufacturing setting. You will drive safety, reliability, and continuous improvement across HVAC, electrical, water systems, and energy programs while managing budgets and capital projects.

The role requires 5–7+ years of leadership in industrial facilities, a relevant degree, and strong experience with regulatory compliance and CMMS tools.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of facilities, maintenance, engineering, or operations leadership experience within a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or production environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, environmental, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements within an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all facility maintenance, engineering, and infrastructure operations to support a safe, efficient, and productive manufacturing environment.
• Ensure operational excellence through site maintenance programs, reliability initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts that support uptime and production goals.
• Maintain compliance with client, OSHA, environmental, and regulatory requirements, while promoting a strong culture of safety.
