Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Director to lead dining operations, develop menus, oversee teams, and manage budgets while ensuring safety and sanitation across sites. You will recruit, coach and retain staff, drive revenue and labor targets, and coordinate with client management to meet contract requirements.

This role requires strategic leadership, strong communication with clients and regulators, and a focus on balancing quality, cost control and service excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in food service.
• 1–3 years of experience in a management role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and client rapport abilities."
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard model.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other departments.
