Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing maintenance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledgeable of regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Requires profit and loss (P&L) budget experience.
• Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, boilers, generators).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and time-management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plans, administers and directs all unit activities related to facility maintenance and engineering services.
• Delivers strong operational performance by complying with standards and programs.
• Ensures safety and regulatory compliance by local agencies.
• Oversees site utility systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, energy, fire safety, life safety).
• Vendor management and client relationship development.
• Directs Facility and Maintenance Supervisors and front-line staff.
• Manages component forecasts, budget and accounting functions.
• Ensures use of ISIS Pro modules to manage operations.
• Complies with all contract obligations.
