Job summary

Edgewater Gaming, LLC seeks a Housekeeping Utility Clerk to maintain cleanliness and order of equipment, linen rooms, and supply areas. You’ll manage vacuums, carts, and tools, while supporting daily operations and guest service standards in a busy gaming/hospitality environment.

You will also handle inventory, chemical labeling, SDS records, and safe disposal of used items, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. This role requires teamwork and reliable, detail-focused work.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of housekeeping or facilities support experience preferred.
• Experience in carpet care or floor cleaning strongly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service in line with the company’s guest service culture.
• Receive and distribute supplies from loading dock to basement storage; maintain inventory records.
• Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and machinery; ensure safe storage after use.
• Perform deep cleaning and floor care in guest rooms, corridors and linen rooms; assist with special projects.
• Label chemicals, maintain SDS documentation, and dispose of soiled mattresses per procedures.
• Operate extraction equipment and conduct bio-cleanups as needed; ensure compliance with laws and internal controls.
