Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Director in a hybrid role based in Greensboro or RTP, NC.

You will be the primary client contact for delivering facilities management services for a small to medium-sized property, supporting Property Managers with repairs and investment plans. You will lead a team, manage staff performance, budgets, and vendor contracts while aligning with CBRE RISE values and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Facility Management certification preferred.
• Pharma and/or R&D industry experience is highly desired.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; monitor training and development; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; establish work schedules and cross-train staff.
• Review the client's strategic plans for staffing levels to meet expectations.
• Manage capital project and operating budget reports for a singular property.
• Create action plans to improve financial positions; negotiate contract services.
