LakeHouse Senior Living, LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the buildings, grounds, security and mechanical systems across our community. You will manage housekeeping, laundry, and transportation operations in line with policy, while developing preventative maintenance programs and budget plans.

Responsibilities include vendor management, occupancy inspections, and ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or technical degree in a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise maintenance of buildings, grounds, security and mechanical assets.
• Oversee housekeeping, laundry and transportation services in accordance with policy.
• Manage total operation and maintenance of campus; supervise projects to high standards.
• Develop vendor relationships and negotiate maintenance contracts when appropriate.
• Conduct apartment inspections prior to occupancy.
• Develop preventative maintenance program and work orders.
• Plan, organize and lead housekeeping/laundry operations within budget.
