Job summary

St. Paul Public Housing Agency in Saint Paul, MN seeks a Housing Manager in the Resident Services department to supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations of buildings and developments.

You will lead Assistant Housing Managers and coordinators, enforce leases, manage property standards, and collaborate with HUD and community partners to deliver safe, affordable housing for residents.

Qualifications

• BA degree in Housing, Public Administration, or related field.
• 3 years of experience at B Band level or above in housing, real estate management or related field.
• Valid Driver’s license and driving record acceptable for agency vehicle use.

Responsibilities

• Supervises professional, technical and administrative staff and ensures policy compliance.
• Performs lease enforcement and notices; minimizes terminations and maximizes occupancy.
• Manages day-to-day operations of buildings and developments; coordinates repairs and transfers.
• Coordinates with Resident Councils and other divisions to achieve program goals and HUD standards.
• Prepares reports and maintains data for program operations; ensures safety and service delivery.
