Qualifications

• Experience coordinating facilities, construction, maintenance, CapEx, or commercial building projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with budget oversight and vendor oversight.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate acquisition walkthroughs and facility assessments; document conditions and CapEx opportunities.
• Develop CapEx budgets and investment recommendations; monitor budgets and spend.
• Direct contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to support project execution; monitor timelines and permits.
