Qualifications

• 10+ years of dedicated project controls or cost engineering on large capital projects ($200M+).
• Minimum 2 years directly within the mission-critical, high-performance computing, or data center sector, preferably GC experience.
• Advanced mastery of scheduling software (Primavera P6) and Microsoft Excel (Power Query).
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) for executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Establish, manage, and monitor WBS/CBS baselines and budgets, with cash flow forecasting and accruals.
• Maintain integrated master schedules (Primavera P6) and monitor critical-path dependencies.
• Drive EVM metrics including PPC, SV, CV, and EAC models.
• Monitor OFCI/OFCI logistics and vendor cash flow curves; track major equipment milestones.
• Manage change logs, evaluate cost/schedule impacts, and forecast recovery actions.
