Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facility Day Porter to maintain clean, presentable office spaces throughout the day. You will manage routine cleaning of lobbies, restrooms, and common areas, respond to service requests, and support meeting room setups with attention to detail and a professional demeanor.

The role emphasizes safety, English communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment while providing excellent customer service to building occupants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of janitorial/facilities support experience preferred.
• Experience in professional office environments or similar facilities is a plus.
• Basic cleaning knowledge and equipment handling.
• English required; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of high-traffic and common areas throughout the day (lobbies, hallways, breakrooms, restrooms, elevators, conference rooms).
• Respond promptly to janitorial service requests (spills, restocking supplies).
• Spot-clean floors, windows, or walls as needed.
• Maintain entryways, glass doors, and exterior walkways; manage trash and recycling.
• Restock restroom and kitchen supplies; assist with meeting room setups and AV support.
