CCS Facility Services seeks a Day Porter to maintain clean, orderly common areas in office buildings and more. You will perform routine cleaning tasks in lobbies, restrooms, stairwells, and entrances, ensuring a safe and presentable environment for tenants and guests.

Qualifications

• Reliable, on-time presence is required to maintain lobby and common areas.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and report hazards promptly.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean lobby glass doors and polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs, wipe doors, walls and tops twice daily.
• Inspect exterior, pick up trash, and empty exterior receptacles.
• Check restrooms twice daily and vacuum lobby daily as needed.
• Sweep stairwells, remove debris, and maintain entrances and walls.
