Job summary

Cox is seeking a facilities custodian to maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment at the site. You will clean restrooms, floors, and exterior areas, operate floor scrubbers, and ensure safety practices are followed daily.

The role requires basic education and experience in related fields, with responsibilities including a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks. Overtime may be needed to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 3 years in a related field.
• Alternative: higher degree/certification or 5 years in related field.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings, property, and equipment for the site.
• Clean and pick up trash/debris from parking areas and exterior trash cans.
• Clean and maintain restrooms.
• Operate floor scrubbing machinery and keep auction house floors clean.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in Safety Excellence activities.
• Move furniture, unload and store supplies as needed.
