Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. is seeking a site maintenance technician responsible for keeping buildings, grounds, and equipment in peak condition. You will perform routine carpentry, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, while ensuring safety and cleanliness across the site.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination, and a valid driver's license. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all buildings, property, equipment, and landscaping for the site.
• Perform minor repairs and general maintenance on heating and air conditioning system.
• Perform routine carpentry work in repair and maintenance of buildings and offices.
• Replace worn or damaged parts in machines and equipment.
• Ensure all equipment is working and compliant with recon department standards.
• Keep buildings clean and grounds maintained.
• Handle waste disposal and ensure proper storage of supplies.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in Safety Excellence activities.
• Move furniture and assist with other duties as assigned by management.
