Job summary

Coconino County is seeking a dedicated Custodian to maintain County facilities and surrounding landscapes. The role is primarily custodial (80-90%) with occasional outdoor landscape duties, including snow removal, lubrication of equipment, and event support.

Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds, and operate ladders safely. Minimum qualifications include one year of custodial experience or equivalent; Arizona driver's license is required by date of hire.

Qualifications

• One year of custodial experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains County facilities.
• Identifies and reports repair needs.
• Performs grounds maintenance including snow removal.
• May perform minor repairs on custodial equipment.
• May assist with special events.
