Job summary

HOAMCO in Show Low, Arizona, is seeking a dependable part-time Custodian to join the Juniper Ridge Resort community. You will perform routine cleaning across facilities, maintain bathrooms, and keep windows clean, supporting a safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years janitorial experience, strong attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude. Flexibility for after-hours and weekend shifts is required; pre-employment drug screen and background

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and excellent organizational skills.
• Professional and respectful demeanor when interacting with residents and staff.
• Ability to complete minor repair tasks when necessary.
• Reliable, with strong time management and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work after-hours and weekends as scheduled.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning duties across all community facilities and offices.
• Pick up trash in and around the community grounds and parking lots.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked, and sanitary bathrooms.
• Clean interior and exterior windows regularly.
• Facilitate a wide array of janitorial duties as directed.
• Assign and communicate daily service areas to janitorial team members.
• Train new associates and review procedures with current associates as needed.
• Communicate cleaning supply needs and inventory updates to the supervisor.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company standards for safety and quality.
