Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP seeks a Custodian to ensure cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. Responsibilities include janitorial work, operating cleaning equipment, and adhering to safety rules.

The role involves hazardous waste handling, team collaboration, and reporting hazards to supervisors. Shift is Monday–Friday, 5:00pm–9:00pm, with a pay range of $15.00-$16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and cleaning protocols.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and maintain cleanliness per daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment safely.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and wear PPE as required.
• Work collaboratively with staff and supervisors to meet standards.
