Job summary

SBM is seeking a Custodian to perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and manage hazardous waste responsibilities across assigned areas. The role requires adherence to safety policies and professional communication with supervisors and team members.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement.
• 3–6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and maintain daily upkeep of assigned areas.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Handle hazardous waste responsibilities including collection, labeling, sorting, storage, and shipping.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Maintain professional conduct and communicate with team and customers.
