Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned areas. Responsibilities include performing janitorial tasks, operating cleaning equipment, and maintaining daily upkeep while reporting hazards to supervision. Shifts typically run 3pm to 11:30pm with compensation of $15–$16 per hour. No specific education is required; 3–6 months training or experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• May require a valid driver’s license; safety and task training certifications may be required.
• May require forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as assigned and according to the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area and report hazards to supervisor.
• Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work in a team and communicate professionally with staff and customers.
