Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. You will perform janitorial duties, operate motorized cleaning equipment, and follow daily schedules while adhering to safety procedures.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reporting hazards, and maintaining professional conduct. 5pm–10pm shifts Monday through Friday, with hourly compensation in the provided range.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3-6 months training or experience preferred.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
• Completed safety and task training certification.
• May be forklift certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Stop at risk behavior of others and self.
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
