Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas, following safety procedures and company policies.

Shifts are Wednesday through Saturday, 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour. The successful candidate will operate motorized cleaning equipment, perform daily upkeep, and contribute to a safe, orderly work environment.

Qualifications

• Education not required; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• May require a valid driver’s license and forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
