Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned areas. The role includes performing janitorial tasks, following the daily schedule, and ensuring safety procedures are followed.

The position includes on-call evening hours from 5pm to 9pm with a pay rate of $15-$16 per hour; beneficial for flexible, part-time work and team-based environment at SBM. Training or experience up to 3–6 months is preferred, with potential forklift certification

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
• Use proper personal protective equipment
